Dubai Deliveries: 2-3 hours
Rest of the Emirates: 24 hours (Next Day)
Order before 11.30am and your order will be dispatched on the same
working day (Mon-Fri excluding Italian public holidays).
We will ship your order with DHL Express Delivery or our certified drivers.
Returns & Exchanges
Orders can be exchanged or, if you are not satisfied, totally refunded. As long as the products are still in their original condition and packaging, we’ll refund their purchase price in full within 2 working days after we receive your package. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment for the purchase.
If you ordered a wrong size or color you can arrange your Exchange by filling out the quality control form here, specifying the reasons for returning your item. Needless to say, the products you send us back must be in their original condition, complete with their packaging, according to the above-mentioned Returns Policy.
Damaged or Defective Products
Please return any item purchased from www.richesmart.com that arrives to you damaged or defective, or isn’t what you ordered.
