How to prepare:
Boil the meat with stockfish adding salt,onion and maggi cubes in boiling it.Add more water and palmoil boil very well make a paste with the ofo and boil let the soup thickens..
Put in the crayfish,pepper,salt, as is boiling.
Cut and add the Uziza vegetables simmer for 3minutes turn and pour in ugwu leaf finally stir and bring down from heat..
